How do you go to here until there? A logical process

Clinical summary

A-67-year-old woman had a previous abdominal surgery after a diagnosis of a right colon cancer a year ago. She was also diagnosed with high blood pressure.

When she was walking in the street she felt down accidentally in a wet pavement. She started with a strong pain in her left shoulder and her doctor gave her a diagnosis of a bone fracture in the humerus.

Clinical evolution

The patient was treated conservatively, but the pain was so strong that she has to switch to a third level pain killer. After two days treatment, she started with nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain.

A plain X-ray is shown here, where we can see an important bowel dilatation.

Can you suggest an etiology for her this new acute problem?
