A 35-year -old previous healthy woman started with pain on her right 4th and 5th toes, with trouble for walking. She has no trauma or fever. An x-ray, quite far from the location of the pain, gave the diagnosis…
CLINICAL CASE: The pain was stronger with the movement of the foot, even without walking. An x-ray showed a lytic lesion on the fibula. A sample was taken with a final diagnosis of Osteosarcoma.
COMMENTS: The pain was a product of the anatomical extension of the Peroneus Longus muscle because the insertion of the muscle is on the fibula.
