We present here two dermatological lesions with similarities in terms of shape and color. Figure 1 is a mycosis in a patient under immunosuppresive treatment. Figure 2 is a discoid lupus. Although the etiology and mechanism are different the aspect is quite similar but discoid lupus is located mainly in the face, ears and scalp.
