There is no alignment between patients and family expectatives and the Health Care System. Hospitals , for instance, work in a sequential form but real patients need a coordinate attention. Usually individuals have the idea about a hospital like a “garage” where everything can be fixed. Unfortunately this is not the case. Read the experience from a village in Sweden.
