Diagnostic error in Europe: who,s who?
The Diagnostic error movement started in USA lead by Dr. Mark Graber and the Society to Improve Diagnosis in Medicine. What is the situation in Europe?We don,t have in Europe one “European Society” dealing with this subject. In the next figure I have tried to select from my own experience during these years some hot points. I,m calling from here to my european colleagues to organize an “European Society to Improve Diagnosis”.
