Sharing experiences: a new chapter

We will expose in this section some uncommon findings with the intention to share similar experiences in the clinical practice. Some signs or symptoms, many of them cutaneous, appears in multiple situations. The intention of this section is to write a short narrative about personal experiences.

FINAL DIAGNOSIS: Erythema Annulare Centrifugum

CLINICAL CASE: A 72-year-old man had a diagnosis of a pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor, with diarrhea as the main symptom. Serum cromogranine was increased. He had been treated with somatostatin analogues for at least one and a half year, but after this period his general situation started to deteriorate with more diarrhea. At the moment of this clinical progression the cutaneous signs appeared.
