Could we be able to explain signs like these?

Signs and symptoms are expression of anomalies inside the body, triggered by several  mechanisms. When they are grouped in a way that can be recognized we call them a syndrome or a disease. Some signs are difficult to explain based on the physiopathology or anatomy. Should we be able one day to explain these signs? We show here two different entities.
