CNS ventricules: more than a space?

A 40-year-old man with a previous diagnosis of malignant melanoma three years before went to the hospital with vomiting and strong headache. During his stay at the hospital he started with disorientation and changes in his behaviour. A CAT scan showed nodules inside the lateral and the fourth ventricule with enhancement in intensity after intravenous contrast, data compatible with metastases from melanoma.
