Inspector Holmders: pain in the chest after swallowing (Solution)

A 62-year-old psychiatric patient started with strong pain on his chest. He said that the pain was worse when swallowing. The doctor in charge of the patient ordered an EKG and an enzimatic curve but both were normal. Can you help Holmders to clarify the       problem of the patient? What is your first diagnosis?

SOLUTION: 

In a psychiatric patient to swallow a foreign body is not uncommon and can be an explanation for acute dyspnea if the artefact goes to the trachea or retroesternal pain after swallowing like the present case . In this case the patient swallowed his dental prothesis.
