FINAL DIAGNOSIS: Cutaneous melanoma, subcutaneous metastases, with vitiligo. Vitiligo is considered a signal of an immune response to melanoma usually after Interferon or other immune modulator used to treat melanoma. In this case the patient was receiving treatment with a BRAF-inhibitor.
