Cancer patients  are followed periodically with CAT scan, one of the most useful diagnostic tool nowdays. It is not uncommon to detect anatomical abnormalities such as a renal cyst or a lump inside the adrenal gland, what we define as  “incidentalomas”, a real diagnostic challenge in the follow-up of oncological patients. Here we show two different situations in two patients with melanoma.

suprarrenal
Melanoma. Lump inside the left adrenal gland. Benign (detected previouly before, without changes)

Diapositiva2
