DEER

The Diagnostic Error Evaluation and Research (DEER) project was leading by Gordon Schiff, one of the founders and “alma mater” of the Diagnostic Error movement Improvement. He and others developed the framework to collect and analyze diagnostic error in practice and the problems associated to a sample of 583 physician reported cases of Diagnostic Error.
